6 lbs Monday 23rd fair We worked up mangel ground in morning and raised some drills and sowed them in afternoon C hauling manure in afternoon. I went to town in evening got 3 lbs mangels at Hewers 3/4 lb of Carrot seed 40 of /2 oz Cabbage 45c .45 .45
10 Tuesday 24th fine I finished mangels & carrots. C hauled manure Father took a notion to help loading, weighed a lamb that came about 2nd of April 57 lbs a Twin
8 Wensday 25th fine C hauling manure I plowed with Colt & Queen
10 Thursday 26th fair Showers at Night in P.M. I plowed. C hauled manure Gave M $200 2.00
