Sun May 19. Fine and quite cold with high wind. I went to morning church "Whit Sunday" for a walk in the afternoon and at evening church.

Tue May 21. Dull with east wind but no rain. Cutting grass & finished digging garden.

Wed May 22. Fine bright day, warmer. I painted front verandah of paint $1.50 added turpentine and some left.

Thur May 23. Fair but dull and cool. I went to Dentist one tooth filled and an X. Ray of wisdom tooth.

Fri May 24. Fine bright rather cool but perfect day,. Annie went to Brantford, so Lorraine with me at ngiht. I went to Willies to call, called at Miss Edeys in eve. Mrs Davidson and I at our Cemetry in eve.

Sat May 25 Fine bright perfect day, warmer no need of fire. Marion Smellie married at 3.30.

Sun May 26. Fine bright perfect day, at morning church no need of fire but put in a little as Wylie, Lizzie and girls coming. All here for tea and left shortly after seven.

Mon May 27. Fine and bright and warm. Cutting grass.

Tue May 28 Very warm and sultry, no rain. N.Smellie put a couple of boards in Verandah and {fired} back door $1.25. Miss {Macsimmons} here for tea.

Wed May 29. Very, very warm, extreme for may. I went to Toronto had dress fitted and at Lizzies for night as they are away in Hamilton shoes at Chamber $12.00.
