July 15 - Walter drawing stone for Silo this A. M. Robert finished sowing rape this morning The men who build the Silo arrived this afternoon & started work. We had a slight shower this afternoon.

Nov. 1st I was topping mangolds & turnips this morning & drawing in this afternoon. Joe Misner called this evening & I hired him for a month for seventeen dollars
