Done chores and finished drawing out manure. Then went back to bush and cut three logs. Beautiful bright day milder.

Friday, 7

I a done chores. Brock to Moorefield with 7 pigs. At lunch in afternoon cutting logs. Brock took mother to nie train. She gone to Guelph. Beauiliful bright day.

Saturday, 8

Done chores and chopping. Back ro bush and put on a load of logs. Brock took them to town and brought home the lumber. Da spilled ashes then went to bed about five. Feeling very misreable. Nellie telephoned to say mother was sick with the cold. Brock to town at night. Cold last wind. Started to chain again about twelve o'clock.

Sunday, 9

Very stormy morning but milder. A great quantity of snow fell. Wind from the west after dinner. Da some better.
