Ploughing the manure in for turnips and Brock harrowed it. Very hot sultry day. Thunder storms going all round. a little shower about six. Myrille Burrows and Mrs. Humpries here in afternoon.
FRIDAY, 20
Men cultivating rest of corner field in forenoon. Cultivating and {illegible} turnip ground in afternoon. Brock to town at night with cream can. Sadie here in morning. Heavy rain early in morning, but a nice day.
SATURDAY, 21
