October MONDAY, 20
Da and Brock. drawing in corn. Over to vote. Brock to town at night to hear returns of election. Bright but cool. Mr. Henderson here in evening.
TUESDAY, 21
Brock at Elwin’s threshing until 4 p.m. Then chopping. Da ploughing stubble next Jack’s. Shower in night and early morning brightened and was a fine day. Prince of Wales visited Guelph.
WEDNESDAY, 22
Da ploughing all day on stubble next Jack’s Brock ploughing until evening then struck out some in corner field. Fine and mild.
