26 Fine day. A good many out to church. Duncan McNaughton (Bonnom) was buried this afternoon from A McLaurin home in the 4th. There was a slight shower about 4.30. P.M.
27 Fine all day. worked in garden. put out a row of strawberries on each side of carrots
28 Murdy went north, to be gone all week, Looks like settled weather. 1 load of hay. 1. quarter day
29. Rained in the night, dull and mist. Got Factory report. 3 lbs butter. Birdie was down. To 5 loaves 25 cts.. 1 gall Coal oil 23. Got 2 hoe handles 10 cts..each. 1 bit 48

To 4 lb steak 40. 1 pan bread 20. 1 lb tea 30 2 packets mince for pie 20. Allen & Flora McLennan came for the funeral. there were eight ministers present, all officiated
