| 26 | Fine day but cold for the time of year Marion and Jimie got home in evening Pa putting in stovewood into the shed I done very little today. | |
| 27 | A gentle drizzle all day. Churned about 2 lbs butter Jimie had Kate visiting I planted 7 tomato plants that Jimie took from Cornwall. Marion is making a blouse waist for me of black & white muslin she took from Syracuse for me. | |
| 28 | Turned dry. but cold wind. I washed three pair pants. Marion brought 2 tablecloths and 6 table napkins, she washed them today. To 8 loaves 48, 1 gall Coal oil 20 1 box of biscuits 25. the oil & biscuit, Factory money, To 4 lb sausage 40. paid for the bone 20 I got on the 23d Billie Robertson to dine & tea | 68 25 60 |
