1 Friday. Nice fine day. I finished Murdy's pants. and he is off for Toronto is to take the 10.14 P.M. Got 1 {pap?} 25
2. Another fine day. Pa & Jimie went to the Front to see Vipound but did not see him Hatty came to our house yesterday I had a letter from Sandy today Got 1/2 bus salt 20. 2 pans bread 50 cts. And paid for 3 {pds?} 1 45
3 Not many in church today. Elder preach
4 Fine frosty day. I washed. Got 5 yds cotton 1/2 yd jean 1 spool tread Give 50 to Jimie & Ran Tassie Smith is making a dress for Marion and an ulster {long, loose overcoat originally designed for outdoor work, featuring a shoulder cape and made from durable fabrics like tweed} for Bird, she cut a jacket for Marion paid my own Lodge fees 12 1/2 50 64 12 1/2
