1 Fine soft day. thawing. Mrs Fergusson buried, a large funeral
2 Pretty cold. Baked today
3 Prayer Meeting. I was not there We are preparing for the womans meeting bought 1 lb of green 1/2 lb black tea 2 1/2 lb butter 50, sugar 75 cts Paid S. McLeod 4.25 for Sir J.A's life. by. McPherson { Life of the Right Hon. Sir John A. Macdonald by Macpherson, James Pennington, 1891 } 4.25 .75 1.25
4 Fine day Mary McDonell (Toms sister) died Monday morning, will be buried tomorrow. The woman met here. I gave 2.15. the 15 is for the Silent remind 2.15
5 Very fine day. Jimie drawing long wood from the front of Carnonielot bot bowls 35, pot 25 for Bird, 1 bowl 10 lemons 10. I was at the funeral today. 1 gall coal oil 20 25
6 Another fine day. got home 4 loads of wood. Far went to North Branch got 1 lb currants And 3 lb rice 25 25
7 Sunday. A collection in Church for the Augmentation fund. I gave $0.50. 50
8 Bot. 1 lb blue 10 cts. yeast 10. lead pence 25
9 Fine day. Pa & I spent this evening at John A's. Jimie & Birdie went to Martintown to the Lodge sold Bently 1940 lbs hay.
10. Very fine day. Far left early for Glen {Voice?}. 10 P.M. not back yet, I was at prayer Meeting. Mr McNaughton organizing a singing school. Got 37 names, 5 cts a night
11 Storming all aday. Got 4 lbs butter 80 cts Jimie out Murdy with plough and will have to go as soon as this storm is over
