2. Fine bright cold day, mercury down to 10. Murdy went to the Branch to work. Oliver Montroy paid $2.50
3 Bright cold day. Lizzie called
4 I was in church. Birdie and John were down, remained to dinner.
5 Cold, a little snow, 4 lbs butter from factory.
6 Cold mercury down to 25. All through U.S. it was very cold. Colder than in Canada. Mrs. St. Thomas paid $4.00.. two months rent
7. Cold and bright. Murdy by 4 loaves. I baked 5 loaves. There were two men in the village trying to get shareholders for a new Bank The Sterling $125 a share, $25 down 10 a month until paid
