| − | Did some work for Charles. Went down to get some meat. With crow bar Charles and I finished taking snow off in front of King's lot. Practised about half an hour. Mr. Caldwell and I went down at 4 o'clock and bought a cut glass fern bowl to presented to the Moores (Rev. & Mrs. Moore of Baptist Church) who are leaving for Georgetown. The McGaw Street Gang met here and then went to Biehn's where the Moores and Caldwells had been invited for the evening. I wrote an address and typed it for the occasion.
