Value $100 One hundred Dolrs. Also Apple Trees Total Value $7.50 Seven Dot Fifty. Also Well of the Value of $8.00 Eight Dolrs. This is a true statement of Valuation as agreed upon by Robert Phillip & myself this evening and forms a basis for a mutual separation so that we may enter upon a business life for ourselves individually.
