leaving the canyon we are in the desert had to drive a few miles on the desert as the highway had been washed completely away. the weather was warmer here and the highway nearly straight, we made good time, going at 35 and 40 miles per hour went through Coyotte Wells. only Gas station also Dixie only a few houses. next was Seeley.
