Aug 18. Had Mr Neilson budding cherry Trees. also <s>men</s> Sam Oakes starting to fix drain (cellar) all blocked up again.

Aug 19th. Had a pretty busy day. 68 plums @ 60¢. 60 toms 70¢ 8 cukes 65¢ 8 Caul $125 {$1.25}, 5 Cabb 60. 3 marrows $100 {$1.00} crate & 9 at 80¢ <u>crate</u> 7 peppers 75¢.
