I got y logs sawed the week after i took them to the mill and got over 1 {illegible} of very nice lumber and only had to pay $7.35 for having it sdawed. Dad.helped me take. my peas to the factory and Frank helped me with my alfalfa. I just had 2700 lbs of shelled peas which was a pretty poor crop, I think the hot weather forced them on to fast as rthe straw was very short and the pods small. The alfalfa looked to be as heavy as usual but it dowesn;t take up much soace in the barn.
