Fri Sept 1st cloudy most of the day and not so hot as yesterday. I was ditching Duncan helping William Law John plowing
Sat Sept 2ond clean fore noon and hot. after noon cloudy a little rain. Duncan and I helping Bilton Snary thrash the fore part of the day, latter part of the day went to help John W. Snarey rain Stopt us John was plowing
Sun Sept 3rd clearn and pleasant
Mon Sept 4th clear and cool. Duncan and I helping John W. Snarey thrash in he fore noon after noon helping Bilton John plowing
Tue Sept 5th clear and hot. Duncan and I helping Bilton Snarey thrash. John commenced to plow the clover field
Wed Sept 6th clear and hot. Duncan and I helping Bilton Snary thrash John plowing
Thu Sept 7th clear and hot. Duncan was ditching John plowing. I was pulling beans in the fore noon after noon went to Florence
Fri Sept 8th clear and cool. John was plowing Duncan helping Peter Farlasdeau thrash. I attended the arbertration at the School house for an extention of the School Site. in the after noon was ditching
