October 1934
6th Sat. Rained. Elizabeth at Millows Men at Millows filling silo Oliver brought lunch Ceylon up in A.M. & left him.
7th Sun. Bright cool. Elizabeth & Mabel went to church in A.M. Oliver & the Watts came for tea & got Uncle Ceylon. Ackermans here in Eve.
8th Mon. Fine. Washed.
9th Tue. Fine. Mabel up to Hans to Institute. Elizabeth made candy.
10th Wed. [Trand]. cool. B. Elliot married to-day in our church. K. Marrow here in Eve.
11th Thur. Fine. Mabel & I up the road calling in afternoon. Margie Wright here for tea our folks to Bath in Eve.
12th Fri. Fine. cold. Started getting out roots. Elizabeth calling out patches.
13th Sat. Bright. cold. Elizabeth dwn Mrs. Hawleys for butter-milk []
