Tuesday May 25th
I ploughed all fore noon and finished the side hill and ploughed a headland up as far as the strawberries to what I ploughed last fall. This after noon I rolled the fresh ploughing and harrowed the whole thing. Ina was here to-day and Marj. brought took her home to-night and they went down to Welsh's to get another cream can as the one he left had a hole in the bottom. Dad. drove over for a few minutes this morning, he had been at Evan's so came on out to see how we were getting along. He had two more letters from Mr. Parks telling of the court sitting on the twelfth. It is hard to understand it but things are not going very satisfactorily evidently. The Judge raised a point as to who should argue the Name & Arms clause and appointed Gavin Simonds to argue for Fenton which looks to me as if possibly even Harry B. may be out of it yet. Fine and warm.
