June. 1926

30 Wednesday Fair. Aubrey was cutting thistle and Vernom and Walter hoed the mangels {As in mangelwurzel?}. Walter, Ella, Marie and little Albert went to Grandper Krauter's tonight.

July

1 Thursday. Fair day. Walter shipped hog at Elmria this morning and had his dinner at his fathers. Enoch & {?} Scheider called here tonight. Aubrey was cutting thistles

2 Friday. Lovely warm day. Walter was cultivating {corn?} Charles {?} and {?} {Scheibe?} wre here for dinner. Our company tonight - Mr. & Mrs. Earl Miller and Mr Wesley Miller.
