July, 1926.

6 Tuesday. Warm day. Vernon & Aubrey were plowing. Walter took Ella down to Grandpa Krauter's tonight.

7 Wednesday. Quite Warm. Walter cut some sweet clover today Ella & Marie went to Heidelberg tonight. Aubrey was plowing

8 Thursday. Very warm. Walter shipped hogs at Elmira Aubrey was helping to put a fence around their cemetery this afternoon. Vernon went to the S. School picnic in Waterloo Park with Otto Miller's this afternoon. Emerson took Ella to St. Jacobs tonight and she came home with John Stange's. Addie, Marie and Ella were at Grandpa's too today.
