July, 1926.

18 Sunday. Lovely day. We went to church S. School this morning. The Men's Glee Club of North-Central College, Naperville, Illinois gave a service of song which was wonderful. We went to Grandpa Krauter's for dinner & supper.

19 Monday. Sultry. Thunderstorms and rain this evening. Vernon was raking this morning and Walter was cutting. Aubrey helped draw in hay at Enoch's till noon. They brought in 3 loads of rakings here this afternoon. We wanted to go to Kitchener tonight to hear the Glee Club but couldn't on account of the rain.
