November, 1926

21 Sunday. Cold. Snowflurries. We went to church & School this morning and were over at Norman Snider for supper. Israel Shoemakers were there too.

22 Monday. Cold. Walter helped Ella do the washing this morning and took a load of turnips out to Alma's this afternoon. Vernon got a load of wood in the husk and broke the tongue on the sleigh. Emerson Addie, Marie and Ella called here this afternoon.

23 Tuesday. Lovely day. Walter & Ella left this morning had their dinner at Grandpa Krauters, and went to Kitchener to do some shopping. We called at Edith's and had tea at Edwin. Walter and his dad went to Schofield's meeting in Elmira tonight. Vernon brought home several loads of wood from the larch.
