23rd Thur. Fine. Mrs Hill down & washed as I was not able. Alex ploughing.

24th Fri. Fine. I ironed. Uncle Ebb, Aunt Laura & Ralph out in Eve.

25th Sat. Fine. I was busy. Alex ploughing until middle of afternoon when rain came on.

26th Sun. Showery in early morning. We were out to Uncle Ebbs for dinner as we were invited, had a nice visit. Father & Mabel down in Eve.

27th Mon. Showery. I washed. Alex ploughing.

28th Tues. Raining. Clothes line went over in pig yard last night so we had to wash again. Mr & Mrs Sills over in Eve.

29th Wed. Fine. Alex & I went to town took over the front door. Elizabeth couldn't go as she has whooping-cough, she stayed up home. I came home in a car as Alex was so late. Harold Sills came over & helped Alex milk.
