38 Oct 17th Sunday Jan 10th 1904 Father & I did chores & Children & I went to S.S. col. at S.S. 09. bred E.P. Belle 2nd to P of B. .09
Monday 11th cool Frost rhino Father & I chored in morning I went to town after dinner, got horse shod. 50 c N.P. then went to mill with 12 bgs Chop. got a tooth filled. 75c .50 .50
Tuesday 12th fair Father & I did chores all day. Dr Reed came in Afternoon to see if Princess would do to take into the Judging Class.
Wensday 13th snowy & mild Father & I worked at Chores in morning & I went to Mill for Grist in Afternoon
Thursday 14th Stormy Father & I did chores I went for beef to Hendersons, & chored in afternoon.
Friday 15th fair Father & I did chores and I went to town bgt hardware got leggings mended 15c Hardware .30c Tea at Scroggies 1.05 N.P. .30 1.05

Saturday 16th blustry Father & I did chores in morning then I wrote a letter re. Stock Yds. to Papers , And went to town mailed letters & got 50 lbs oil cake at 65c. at Thorp's N.P. E.P. Belle 4th had Cow calf by P of B.

Sunday 17th fair Jennie, Mary & I went to Church in morning & Father & I in Evening heard two good sermons by Rev. Dr. Chown Kyma 6th in heat
