Monday Feb 1st 1904 Father & C Chored all day I went to Town in morning and Engaged Mrs Jones as Nurse, bgt 50th Oil cake at Thorp's.
Tuesday 2nd Stormy E.W. Father & I got grist ready in morning and C. sorted potatoes. in Afternoon I went to town. pd for chopping 75c, pd Mrs S. for washing 100, stamps, 19c 100lbs Bran 80c 1.00 .75 .80 .19
5 Wensday 3rd Stormy & Cold We hauled the bal of large pit of Turnips 5 loads
Thursday 4th Cold Father chored Charlie sorted potatoes. I went to town bgt hardware $138 Corn $130 Express 15c, Ticket to Toronto $200, pd for broach pin 10 1.38 1.30 .15.10 2.50
Friday 5th fine Father & Charlie did chores and I went to Dom Cattle Breeders Assn at Palmer House Toronto, Mr Hodson adressed the meeting very nicely and showed the very great work that is being done by the department . my expenses today were $250 2.50
Saturday 6th Soft Father, C & I chored all day. Separated cockerels from hens. We have 18 for sale Father went to town bgt lamp & lantern glases 34c .34

Sunday 7th Soft & rain I went to Church in morning and C in evening. pd in envelope $100 open 10c E.P. Belle 5th had Bull calf by P of Benton 1.00 .10
Monday 8th fine & cold We Chored in morning & cleaned a load of wheat in afternoon.
