Monday Mch 28 / 04 fine {?} Father & C Cleaned up Stables Ect in morning and in Afternoon. C & I pruned trees finished Apple trees & started at ornamental trees. I went to town and sent $150 to Thos McFarlane and 100 to J.W. Burt, and bgt Stationary 20c wrote a letter re. Late Thos Henderson and sent it to Farmers Advocate. received News From Old Country Felling England that James Rhind died on Mch 13th 1.50 1.00 .20
Tuesday 29th Soft C & I cut wood and Chored in morning and I took grist to mill in afternoon 6 bgs. Peas 6 oats and two emptys. got last grist back pd for Chopping 75c .75
Wensday 30th Soft & fine C & I pruned trees and Chored generally hauled up wood ect. Sold six cockerels yesterday and two pullet and three cockerels today. $850 850
xThursday 31st Soft & dull Bred E.P. Belle 5th to Prince of Benton

I went to town in morning retd wire 40c bgt hand axe .45 sold some cabbage 2 doz to Mr Redwin 2 dox to precious 2 doz Lillie & Haddens 1 doz ro Jackson 4 doz to Mitchell. 1 doz to Scroggie

Sold all potatoes we have to spare to Mr Thorp at 95c & our small ones at 50c		 .40 .45
