| X. | Monday. 20th Showery. | C & I worked at Turnip ground, got about half sowed. I took Princess to Sorbys in morning she was not in heat. The Gravellers were here today. Father worked on road all day | ||
| Tuesday 21st Showery | I sowed turnips & raised drills. C. scuffled mangels & carrots & early potatoes | |||
| Wensday 22nd fine | We finished sowing Turnips and Mr Fuller from Arthur came to see our bulls And decided to buy Mr Bell's bull at $100 and Expects to be able to take it in |

| Thursday 23rd fine | C Plowed headland around root field & we started to hoe mangels in field | |||
| Friday 24 June | We hoed mangels and Father cultivated & rolled rape ground. | |||
| Saturday 25th fine | L & H. Morris hoed mangels & picked mustard. We went through all the Spring grain, and we went to town bgt Groceries $290 and oat meal $120 |
