Monday, Oct 24th 1904 Father & C pulling apples in morning and Fatherv disking Fall wheat Stubble in Afternoon. C & I went to Station for Sheep from W.R. Stewart.pd Freight $432. He sent 11 sheep seven ewes and 4 rams 4.32
X Tuesday 25th Dull I went to town to meet Mary & Children.pd Mr McCrae for Tom. 475 pd. Geo Penfold 500 bgt humbugs 20c

Friday 28th fine We worked at potatoes all day. H. Morris was here. Father finished disking wheat Stubble in morning and went to mill with grist in afternoon. bgt C. oil .80 pd for Chopping grist 75c .80 .75
Saturday 29th fine We finished potatoes at noon today and started to top Turnips in afternoon. H. Morris here all day I pd him 40c per day = 80 I sent $15 entry fees to Chicago to enter calves for International pd for repairing boots $100 hardware 25c stamps 25c 1500 1.00 .25 .25
