Sat Sept 29. Fine bright but rather cool. went to Toronto. at Victoria and remained down for supper. fine all week untill today. away.

Sun Sept 30. Dull and rather cold. at morning service. Mr Noble preached. for a walk with Mrs D. at evening church. Arch Deac.Davids preached in evening T. H.Hooper much worse.

Mon Oct 1. Fine bright and warmer. I was at a tea at Mrs Nobles. Mr Thompson called to fit my coat.

Tue Oct 2. Dull and showery. most of day. Mr D. and I up to ask for Mr Ashby. I cleaned silver.

Wed Oct 3. Fine bright and quite warm. Annie and I in Toronto got a pie knife for Jack Appelle. $1.50 at Ellis. at Miss Edeys. Miss e. called in afternoon in eve.

Thur Oct 4. Fair but very warm and sultry. covered {illegible}. Teachers Convention. Annie here at night.

Fri Oct 5. Rained until noon then showery. quite warm and very damp. The Apelles called just in a few minutes.

Sat oct 6. Fine and bright moderately cold. I went to Weston on 2.25 about two hours going. for a walk in evening.

Sun Oct 7. Fine and bright but colder, a perfect day. At morning and evening church.

Mon Oct 8. Fine and much, a heavy frost. ice first of seasom. George and Clara brought me home about 2.30. Annie here.

Tue Oct 9. Fine and much warmer a little fire in evening.

Wed Oct 10. Fine bright and moderately warm. in Toronto at Hepp- in the afternoon.
