Mon Sept 30. Fine but quite cold and windy. washed. Annie here night.

Tue Oct 1. Fine bright rather cold. need a fire first for a week. cleaned shed and store room. {Marley?} Findlay picked last of apples, I gave him 50 cents only asked 35 cents.

Wed Oct 2. Fine and cold, quite a frost. I went to Toronto met LIzzie and Annie and got a Coat 29.50 and hat 2.79 which I exchanged.

Thur Oct 3. Fair but cold and windy. Annie here for dinner and tea as her fire is out. took large basket apples to Mrs Noble.

Fri Oct 4. Fine bright and quite cold. returned Coat and went to Mr Farmers X ray of tooth.

Sat Oct 5. Fine bright after a heavy frost heaviest of the fall. N.S. put lock on 20 cents for fixing. Mrs Davidson and I for a little walk.

Sun Oct 6. Fine and much warmer. I went to church. Harvest Thanksgiving Service and Communion, at evening church for a walk in the afternoon.

Mon Oct 7. Fine and quite cold, called at Mrs Kaisers and up at the Hall in eve.

Tue Oct 8. Fine bright and cold, heavy frost. at Annies this week.

Wed Oct 9. Fine bright and cold, heavy frost and ice. I called to see Miss Edey she is up. Covered Cistern on tuesday.

Thur Oct 10. Fine bright day, I went to Toronto. fire in little stove. Annie has furnace.

Fri Oct 11. Fine but dull and cold, East wind. Mrs David children in Toronto it is Teachers Convention Thursday and to-day. I got a $1.00 hat yesterday.
