Fri Dec 13. Fine and milder. Annie here at night. I have a bad cold in head and throat. Mrs Smellie called. Ida Elson in eve.

Sat Dec 14. Fine and very mild. N. Smellie took me out to Mrs Pooles in the morning. quite slushy. snow plough on.

Sun Dec 15. Fine and turning a little colder. I did not go to morning church, have a cold and going in evening as Bishop there to confirm candidates. no fire in little stove the last few days. at evening church the Bishop confirmed 13 Candidates seven boys, six girls.

Mon Dec 16. Fine and very cold after mild yesterday. five above zero. Dr for cold.

Tue Dec 17. East wind and quite cold sleeting most of day from East quite a debth of snow now.

Wed Dec 18. Fine and quite cold East wind some roads quite bad travelling. I was in Toronto shopping met I for dinner but not at Show. started to sleet again in the evening.

Thur Dec 19. Rather stormy early then cleared at noon. I went with Mrs Davidson to school entertainment. quite cold and heavy walking.

Fri Dec 20. Fine and moderately cold high wind. at shower at Miss Halls for Mabel Welsh at Annies at night. {Plantel?} 1.25.

Sat Dec 21. Fine and very cold. took parcel for Marjorie to Mrs B. Annie here at night.

Sun Dec 22. Fine perfect day cold at morning Church in for tea at Mrs Davidsons and for the evening.
