March, 1927.

10 Thursday. Fair and milder. Walter shipped hogs at Elmira. Vernon was drawing wood from the bush. Wm. Stewart called in this afternoon.

11 Friday. Warm spring-like day. Vernon drew wood home from the bush and Walter did the chores. Callers - Enoch Schneider and Charles Miller. Enoch & Irvin came down tonight to trade roosters.

12 Saturday. Cloudy & mild. Walter helped Noah take a wild cattle beast from Ferguson's to Alma and had his dinner at Geo. Bender's. Callers - Noah Miller and Walter Adler, Will King and Mr. Gingrich.

13 Sunday. Mild & showery We drove to church & S. School with the buggy today. Walter pulled a motorist out of the snow and water. Willard & Vernon Schwindt visited Vernon this afternoon.
