June, 1927

1 Wednesday. Clear, cool & windy

Grandpa and Walter worked at the garage. Vernon was plowing. Ella did her washing. {Callers tonight - Geo Stone?}, Mrs. A. Wagner and Beatrice.

2 Thursday. Lovely day. Walter shipped hogs at Elmira this morning and they worked at the garage this pm. Ella did her ironing and {illegaible} Maurer's coop. Callers - Noah Miller, Eurels Schneider and Mr. Stuckey.

3 Friday. Fair. East wind. The men made the garage door today and finished the floor. Noah Miller blasted stones here this morning and was here for dinner. Vernon plowed this p.m.

4 Saturday. Showers all day. The men made the concerete foundation for the porch this afternoon and Grandpa Krauter went home.

5 Sunday. Cloudy & cold. We went to church & S.School today and were at {Mrs. Thier's?} for dinner & supper.
