December, 1927.

Nov. 30.Wednesday. Raw and cloudy. Snowing and storming this p.m. The men finished plowing this morning

1 Thursday. Cold and stormy. Walter shipped hogs. Edna & Doris visited Ella this p.m.

2 Friday. Cold & stormy. raw. Walter got a pig at his Dad's this a.m. Walter Ella & Vernon went to a miscellaneous shower at Koepke's for Lizzie.

3 Saturday. Cold. We butchered a pig here for ourselves today. Walter went to Elmira tonight. Elvira Metz of Waterloo came up with him.

4 Sunday. Cold east wind. Walter ella, Elvira and Vernon went to S. School this morning. Emerson Stange was here for dinner We took Elvira down to Elmira tonight and went to choir practice.

5 Monday. Lovely day. Walter & Ella went to Kitchener and had their dinner and supper at Edith's. This afternoon we went to the Capitol Theatre and saw "Ben-Hur" and it was wonderful.

6 Tuesday. Fair. Ella did her washing. Mr. & Mrs. Milton Eix were here for dinner & supper. Walter & Milton went to Herb. Norris sale. Ella Miller spent the afternoon here and was here for tea. Vernon went to Guelph with Charlie Miller.
