Men choring and drawing out manure. Brock met me at night train. Horshel and Sadie here in evening. Mother up to Ray's to see Harry. He sick with flu. Fine bright day.
FRIDAY, 17
Me choring. finished drawing out manure and bought in a load of corn. Brock up to Rays in evening. Fine but not very bright. Had a leter from Betty saying that Robt. Alvies is dead.
SATURDAY, 18
Men choring and chopped nine bags in afternon. Brock and I to town at night. Bill Gaso here for dinner. Mild and foggy.
SUNDAY, 18
Brock to church at night. Pa up to Ray's to see how Harry was. Fine bright day.
