January MONDAY, 20

men choring. Then fanning up the flax that was flailed. Da sifted ashes and we cleaned furnace. Lovely brightwarm day.

TUESDAY, 21

Choring in morning. Brock and Da at AnthonyKirkpatrick's sale in afternoon We over to Mc Isaac's in evening. Very fogy and mild. Mrs. Wm Lowery died.

WEDNESDAY, 22

Done chores. Brock down with some chop in forenoon, aslo took black pig. Cleaning hen & pig pens in aftenoon. Very mild and foggy. Snow almost gone.
