March MONDAY, 24

choring. Brock took Mr. and Mrs. Thompson to town this afternoon. Beautiful bright warm day. Dr Ferrier called this morning and found mother much better, She got up to-day.

TUESDAY, 25

Choring. Brock took clara to morning train then down to Boyd's with a pig. At {short form of name?} Riddals sale in afternoon. Da trimming spruce Fine warm day. Looking a little lik rain in afternoon.

WEDNESDAY, 26

Done chores and took Molly to Ritches. Mr. Ritch {short form of borrowed or bought?} her $160. in forenoon Then cleaning up seed barley for Frank Short in a Went back to bush in afternoon and cut up some taps and brought up the saw. Fine warm day. Heard Mr. Craig died in train on his wat west.
