May ASCENSION DAY (Quecbec) THURSDAY, 29
Done chores and finished The drain in corner field put in new tile. Then started to plough corn ground. Ploughing in afternoon. Fine and very warm.
FRIDAY, 30
Done chores. Finished corn ground and harrowed it. Then cultivatd and sowed a wet patch up by line fence next Roy. fine and warm.
SATURDAY, 31
Done chores. Harrowed, rolled and sowed corn ground and also a wet patch in sod field next Jack. Brock + I to town at night. Very sultry day.
June SUNDAY, 1
Mr. + Mrs. Thompson here for tea. Brock to church at night Very warm day. Roy and Georgie called. Gerald expected at Guelph to-night.
