Ploughing in corner field. Very {sueliy?} day, Slams going around all day. A heavy rain about five.


Friday, 6

Ploughing in corner field. Mr. Ritcher from moorefield here to see back windmill in afternoon. Quite a shower in afternoon. Sultry.

Saturday, 7

Finished ploughing corner field in forenoon. Cultivating turnip ground in afternoon. We to town at night. Serald here for dinner. A little cooler but looking like rain at times.

Sunday, 8

Brock to church at night. Heavy rain about noons. Thunder & lightening.
