Thursday, 2

Ploughing on barley ground on other place in forenoon. Drawing millet in afternoon. 5 loads. Beautiful warm day. High wind in afternoon.

Friday, 3

Ploughing in forenoon. Finished drawing in millet in afternoon. A little shower in evening last night and wet. Foggy in morning but brightened and was very warm.

Saturday, 4

Finished ploughing barley ground on other place in morning. Cultivated part of it in afternoon. We to town at night. Fine and very warm.

Sunday, 5

Brock to town at night. Raining and dull all day. Thunder & lightning about six o’clock.
