Thursday, 30

Choring all day. Brock to Fred Wilson’s in afternoon. Ike Mc Leod here in forenoon. Very rainy day. Foggy to wards evening.

Friday, 31

Men ploughing sod back of low driving house. Brock to town at night. Ma took me to morning train. I going to Elora. A little rain at times & mild.

ALL SAINT'S DAY (Quebec) Saturday, 1

Finished ploughing sod behind low driving house in forenoon and taking in turnips in afternoon. Brock to town at night. I came home with him. Fine and colder.


Sunday, 2

Clara and Melielle came about eleven o’clock. Fine and bright.
