November MONDAY, 17

Da led old Spot to town. Sold her to Harry Booth for $110. Brock choring and drew out some manure. Both ploughing on other place in 14 ac. field this side of windmill. Beautiful bright day.

TUESDAY, 18

Ploughing in 14 ac. field. Mr. Bowman The Surveyer came about nine a.m. and Brock went over ditch with him. He here for dinner. Accepted ditch. Dull morning. Soft Snow about noon and all afternoon.

WEDNESDAY, 19

Went back to plough but frozen too hard. Mr. Henderson here for dinner and Brock +he went to {Tardwich/Tordwich} after dinner to buy a lamb. Da choring. Frosty and cold north wind but bright.
