December THURSDAY, 4

Done chores. Men at bush morning and afternoon. Mother + I to town in afternoon. Brock + I over to Hoshels in evening Beautiful bright day but cold.

FRIDAY, 5

Da done chores and cleaning pens and hen house in afternoon. Brock at town all day drawing filling ofr sidewalk. Bright but quite stormy at times cold wind.

SATURDAY, 6

Done chores and fixing up a crate to put hens in Brock took a dog down to sale. At bush in afternoon. We to town at night. Hens sold for 54 {cent sign} each. Fine soft snow frm east mostly all day.

SUNDAY, 7

Brock to town at night Beautiful day.
