| 5 | Fine cool day. We churned three times. this week and could not get butter. And the cream was very bitter. I called at Urquharts and bot 50 cts.. of strawberries To 1 lb tea 25 cts,, We bought a horse rake of Saunders It is second hand Cost $1500 | |

| 20 | Saturday. Fine day our boys put in 28 loads and have some more to cut on the village farm. To 3 cans of salmon 45 cts. sent Jimie gators to Robertson to be repaired Mifs Blacklock and Neidrice Leitch called for a short time. | |
