Ash Wednes Pa went to see Aunt Kate today. he had boots on and was trying to walk with the help of her two woman. Pa was not out for three weeks until today Jimie is lining And trimming the small black cows' robe, grey lining, red and green felt trimming. he bought the felt and cut and pinked it | |

| 23 | I did not go to church. Pa is not well. I went in evening to see Mrs Ellis who lives in Mr. Green's farm house. And who is ill off typhoid fever Archie McLennan called to see us. he came home on Friday from Alaska. Jimie went to Martintown to see Uncle Hugh who is very poorly. | |
