| 1 | Sunday. Soft, snowing & kind of hail, Far came home this morning. I did not go to church either morning or evening | |
| 2 | I was up at 5 this morning. Far & Jimie went at 6 to Lancaster to meet Byron McDonell's funeral. they were back to the Church about 8 A.M. Dan McKesic called to see us he is looking well, he is the only one who came with the coarpse. Mrs Pantino paid $2.75. Gave 1 to Jimie for 1 borrowed to pay stipand, And 25 to Ran to pay Dunby for 1 pan bread we got last week | 1.00 .25 |

I owe her 10. my offering was 20 & gave 10. toward the fund for payeng yearly expenses of Presbyterial Society We all spent a pleasant afternoon and evening They came for us, and drove us home again | |

| 7 | 10 P.M. Storming. I was to see Mrs Snider, she has a baby girl 5 days old. We got 1 broom 1 gall coal oil 25 gingar 5. Sold Prue 2 bush buckwheat. Had a letter from Sandy. Alick had inflimation of the bowls. Aunt feels pretty well but is considerably swelled in the body {next sentence only written in red} Our people have election fever. the polling will be on the 5th March | |
