{8 cont.} Far. Birdie is no better. Jimie went to Lancaster to have the filling taken out of a front tooth and to have it refilled. Cosr $100
9 Been a fine soft day. if the snow was all off it would be like October
10 Thursday fine day.
11 Very fine I saw Tom Humam ploughing today
12 The Royal T{Templars} of T. had an open meeting last night. there were a large gathering, And good playing and singing. The night was very fine. Lizzie & Mary, from the Gore were here yesterday. Hatty came today, had a letter from J.C. Brown he will be home on the 18th
13/td> Fine day. Jimie & Hatty went in the morning to Lancaster. And went to Donald Taylors and did not get back until 10 P.M. There was a collection taken up in our church for fual & insurance, we gave nothing
14 I drove Hatty to the Branch, And went to see Peggy she is pretty well
15 A snowstorm today, we will likely have winter now. The oldest inhabitant does not remember so fine a fall. Walter Slack paid $400 he has paid for 11 months
