March 1892

14 I washed today, but the wind is so high I did not hang it out
15 Very fine day. I have a kind of a boil on my middle finger
16 Wednesday I was at prayer meeting and stayed to the Singing School this is the last night. Annie McPherson {needlic?} Spent the afternoon here
17. St Patrick's day, And it has been a beautiful day. I baked.
18 Another fine day. my boil is pretty bad.
19 Stormy day.
20 Very stormy. none out of the village in church. not one sleigh ran all day.
21 Our Royal Templers went to Curry Hill Council to visit was 4. P. M. when they left Mrs Slack paid $400
22 Angus Bailiff has a sale today Hatty came to visit her cousin bought her. Got 9 1/2 lbs butter 55
23 Bird & Hatty went to visit at Donald Roy's. drove Jetty Assessor here
24 Fine day, not very cold. Mifs Urquhart paid $2.00 I made a small washing
25 Very fine got 1.10 oz butter = 32 cts. sold 8 3/4 doz eggs at 13.. got a {it?} for 1.13. Yesterday Jetty kicked Dolly on the hip making a cut 3 inches in 2 direction this way {drawing of an L} The Royal Templers have a large meeting tonight Got carbolic 25
26 Saturday. The meeting last night was good. This is a fine day. Jimie went to bush to fix up a little. Got 3 3/4 lbs butter 75 cts. cream tartar 10 two lamp chimneys 100
