| Sat Jan 4th 1908 dull & damp | We Chored & sorted turnips in Morning and W. Cleaned sheep house in Afternoon & I went to town, bgt stamps |

| Monday 6th fine | I took Children to School and went to vote. then. left cutter at Penfolds to be fixed, and painted W.B. Chored & Cleaned box stalls all day. I sent $1000 to American Sheep Breeder and $300 to Accountant, National Records Ottawa.

| Tuesday 7th fair | We Chored in Morning I went to town for Lumber to fix. Cows stalls. got 800 ft. at 15. =$1200 got Clothes Line arms fixed 20c Pd. Dr Reeds Ac. 2100 |

| Wensday 8th fine | we did Chores and took five heifers up to Roth's Hotel Pilkington & met Mr Lowe & he took them on. he is to keep them at $1400 per month. Had Ernest helping us. 3 heifers have been at Hendersons 1 1/2 months at 4 = $18 | |||
